CULTURE

An organization's culture is the collective set of values and attitudes its members share that control the way they interact with each other and the organization's customers and stakeholders.

To a certain extent, organizational culture is determined by the sum of its parts: every member brings in his/her own values and adds them to the system. When an organization is formed its culture is determined by the founder(s), but this can change over time if not maintained.

It is possible to change or maintain the culture in an organization with a concerted, long-term effort. Performance Progression can help initiate this change and help devise a long-term plan for achieving the desired end-result culture.
