Performance Progression was founded in 2003 to serve the Human Resources needs of small and medium sized businesses. Its President and founder, Brian R. Lee, saw many small businesses run by friends and former colleagues struggle as they grew large enough to confront serious HR challenges. Many small businesses were and are forced to use completely inexperienced and untrained employees to perform benefits, payroll, compliance paperwork, and other important small business functions.
As a result, Performance Progression has provided expert HR solutions and advice to small and medium sized businesses around the country. The company has grown by over 100% each year since it was founded and has added valuable new staff members to fulfill the needs of its clients.
Brian R. Lee has over 28 years of experience in Human Resources. He is considered an expert in Organizational Behavior and Culture Development. He has worked in small, medium, and large companies including as the VP of HR for the largest business unit of a Fortune 500 corporation. He has earned an MBA and a Master's degree in English. He has taught as an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University and consulted for clients around the country.
Brian has also been recognized as one of the premiere HR leaders around the country as demonstrated by his numerous invitations to speak to professional organizations, such as the Utah Business HR Roundtable and the Oklahoma Chapter of the BYU Management Society. |
